Meet & Greet runs at Terminals 4 and 5 only

We would rather tell you now than after you have booked. Our Meet & Greet drivers operate at Heathrow Terminal 4 and Terminal 5. If you are flying from Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, this service is not available to you — but our Park & Ride is, at every terminal, and it costs less.

Flying from T4 or T5?

Meet & Greet available

from £80 / day · from £110 / week

You are in the right place. Hand your keys over at the terminal and walk straight to departures.

  • Driver meets you at the terminal
  • Car returned to arrivals when you land
  • Best for early flights and heavy bags

Flying from T2 or T3?

Use Park & Ride

from £50 / day · all terminals

Park & Ride covers every Heathrow terminal and is the cheaper service. You park, keep your keys and take our 8–12 minute shuttle to the door.

  • Serves T2, T3, T4 and T5
  • Cheaper than Meet & Greet
  • Keep your own keys

The simple version

What Meet & Greet at Heathrow actually means

You never leave the terminal. That is the whole product — you are buying back the twenty-odd minutes that a shuttle transfer costs at each end of the trip.

You drive to the short-stay car park at Terminal 4 or Terminal 5 and go to the Meet & Greet level. Our driver is waiting at the meeting point we confirm with you by phone. You sign the handover, hand across the keys and walk into departures. Total time out of your car: a few minutes.

Your car is then driven to our covered multi-storey site in Staines, where it sits behind roller shutters under 24/7 CCTV for the duration of your trip — the same building Park & Ride customers use.

  • No shuttle at either end
  • Driver meets you at the terminal itself
  • Car stored in a covered, monitored building

Coming home. Call the operations line when you land. By the time you have cleared passport control and collected your bags, your car is at the agreed meeting point with a driver waiting to hand it back.

We track your inbound flight, so a delayed landing is our problem to manage rather than yours to pay for. There is no late-arrival penalty if the airline runs behind.

  • Flight tracked — no delay charges
  • Car waiting when you clear arrivals
  • Fully insured for every mile we drive it

Why choose us

What you get for the money

Your car waits inside a secure multi-storey building with 24/7 CCTV, not on an open apron.

Open 24 hours
