Finding the car park entrance

This is the one thing worth knowing in advance, and the postcode alone will not get you there.

The car park entrance is at the rear of the building. Satnavs pointed at TW18 4QB will bring you to the front, where there is no entry. Use the Google Maps link below, which drops a pin on the actual entry point.

Call or text us about 30 minutes before you arrive on 020 3869 0199 or 07908 086962. That gives our staff time to be ready for your check-in and have the shuttle waiting, so you are not standing around with luggage.

Getting here by road. We are just off the A30 in Staines-upon-Thames. From the M25 come off at Junction 13 and follow the A30 towards Staines; from the M4 use Junction 4 or 5 and head south through Colnbrook or Langley.

Heathrow is four to five miles away depending on the terminal, which is why the shuttle transfer runs at 8 to 12 minutes rather than the half hour some off-airport car parks need.
