Looking for Terminal 4 parking at Heathrow in 2026? The parking situation at T4 changed significantly on 23 June 2026, when Heathrow closed its Terminal 4 multi-storey car park for redevelopment.

For travellers comparing their options today, Heathrow Car Park offers two alternatives: Meet & Greet from £64 per day and Park & Ride from £20 per day.

With Meet & Greet, you drive to Terminal 4, hand your keys to our insured driver and walk straight into the terminal. With Park & Ride, you drive to our covered car park in Staines, keep your keys and take the shuttle to Heathrow Terminal 4.

What changed at Terminal 4 in June 2026?

What happened to Heathrow Terminal 4 parking? The biggest change came on 23 June 2026, when Heathrow closed the Terminal 4 multi-storey car park as part of a major redevelopment programme.

Heathrow says the redevelopment includes a new car park, an improved drop-off area, modernised facilities and improved access around the terminal.

Important for T4 passengers: if you previously used the Terminal 4 multi-storey car park, do not rely on old directions or saved booking information. Parking arrangements at Terminal 4 have changed and you should check the latest instructions before travelling.

The old Terminal 4 multi-storey car park is closed

Heathrow's Terminal 4 multi-storey car park closed on 23 June 2026. The closure forms part of the wider redevelopment of the terminal's parking and forecourt facilities.

This means the old Terminal 4 short-stay / Terminal Parking arrangement is no longer the option to use for current T4 parking.

Heathrow moved passenger parking to Park & Ride

Heathrow's current information directs passengers to Zone A of the Terminal 4 Park & Ride car park for parking, accompanying departing passengers and meeting arriving passengers.

Zone A currently provides up to two hours free parking. After that, Heathrow's drive-up tariffs are £9.40 for 2–4 hours and £46.80 for the first 24 hours. Additional 24-hour periods are £37.40.

Check Heathrow's current Terminal 4 Park & Ride information

Heathrow's Terminal 4 Meet & Greet arrangement changed

Heathrow's Terminal 4 Meet & Greet facility was located within the multi-storey car park. Following the closure, Heathrow's official Terminal 4 Meet & Greet parking arrangement is no longer available in the former facility.

This makes private off-airport Meet & Greet services an important alternative for passengers who want a terminal-door handover rather than using Park & Ride.

The £7 Terminal Drop-Off Charge still applies

If someone is driving you directly to the Terminal 4 forecourt, Heathrow's Terminal Drop-Off Charge is £7 per visit.

The charge applies every time a vehicle enters a designated terminal drop-off area. Vehicles must not be left unattended there.

Heathrow also provides free drop-off at its Park & Ride car parks, where passengers can transfer to the terminal by bus.

See Heathrow's official Terminal Drop-Off Charge information

Terminal 4 remains open

The parking redevelopment does not mean Terminal 4 has closed. Terminal 4 continues to operate for passengers, flights and normal airport transport connections.

The key change for drivers is the parking and forecourt arrangement. Always follow the latest Heathrow road signs and your parking provider's arrival instructions.

Your Terminal 4 parking options in 2026, compared

What is the best parking option for Heathrow Terminal 4? It depends on whether your priority is the lowest price or maximum convenience.

Park & Ride is the lower-cost option. Meet & Greet costs more but removes the need to park yourself and take a shuttle.

Parking optionAvailable at T4?Guide price / statusBest for
Heathrow Car Park — Meet & Greet Yes from £9.99/day Maximum convenience
Heathrow Car Park — Park & Ride Yes from £5.99/day Lower-cost parking
Heathrow official Meet & Greet Not currently available at the former T4 facility
Heathrow Terminal 4 multi-storey / Terminal Parking Closed from 23 June 2026
Heathrow official Park & Ride — Zone A Yes £46.80 first 24 hours drive-up Official airport parking
Terminal forecourt drop-off Yes £7 per visit Quick passenger drop-off

Prices are guide prices and can vary by travel date, availability and booking conditions. Check the live booking price before payment.

Quick answer: if you want the lowest advertised Heathrow Car Park rate, Park & Ride starts from £5.99/day. If you value getting directly to Terminal 4 without parking yourself or taking a shuttle, Meet & Greet starts from £9.99/day.

Meet & Greet at Terminal 4 — how ours works

Can you still use Meet & Greet at Heathrow Terminal 4? Yes — Heathrow Car Park provides its own Meet & Greet service for T4, separate from Heathrow's former official Meet & Greet facility.

It is designed for travellers who want to drive directly towards Terminal 4, hand over their vehicle and walk into the terminal rather than finding a parking bay and transferring by shuttle.

You drive towards Terminal 4 departures

Drive towards Heathrow Terminal 4 using the arrival instructions provided with your booking.

Important: because Heathrow changed the T4 parking layout in June 2026, the exact Meet & Greet handover point must be confirmed in your booking instructions before publication and must be supplied to customers with their confirmation.

T4 meeting point: [CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED — CONFIRM CURRENT MEET & GREET HANDOVER POINT]

Hand your keys to a fully insured driver

Our driver meets you at the agreed location, completes the vehicle handover and confirms your return flight details.

Once the handover is complete, you can continue directly into Terminal 4 departures without finding a parking space or waiting for a shuttle.

We park your vehicle in our covered facility

Your vehicle is driven away from the airport and parked at our covered multi-storey facility in Staines-upon-Thames.

The site has roller-shutter controlled access, numbered bays and 24-hour CCTV.

Your vehicle is not left sitting in an open airport car park while you're away.

We bring your car back when you land

When you arrive back at Heathrow, contact our team on WhatsApp using the instructions provided with your booking.

We'll coordinate your vehicle collection and return your car to the agreed Terminal 4 meeting location.

Who is Meet & Greet best for?

  • Early morning departures when every minute matters.
  • Families with children who want to minimise walking and transfers.
  • Travellers with heavy luggage who would rather avoid a shuttle transfer.
  • Business travellers who value a fast terminal handover.
  • Passengers returning late at night who want their vehicle ready at the terminal rather than travelling back to an off-airport car park.

Want to understand the service in more detail? See our Heathrow Meet & Greet service page before booking.

Flying from Terminal 4? Check your parking before you travel

Terminal 4 serves a large number of international destinations, so many passengers travelling through T4 are away for a week, two weeks or longer. That makes the total parking cost an important part of the trip budget.

Before booking, check:

  • Your airline and terminal.
  • Your exact departure and return dates.
  • Whether you prefer Park & Ride or Meet & Greet.
  • The transfer time between the car park and Terminal 4.

Meet & Greet or Park & Ride for Terminal 4?

Choose Park & Ride if price matters mostFrom £5.99/day, Park & Ride is designed for travellers who are happy to park at our Staines site and take a shuttle to Heathrow Terminal 4.
Choose Meet & Greet if convenience matters mostFrom £9.99/day, Meet & Greet allows you to drive towards Terminal 4, hand over your vehicle and continue into the terminal.
Travelling with children?Meet & Greet can remove the need to unload luggage and children at an off-airport car park before taking a shuttle.

Terminal 4 parking and the ULEZ

Heathrow is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone. If your vehicle does not meet the applicable emissions standards, driving within the zone can result in a ULEZ charge.

Our Staines-upon-Thames parking facility is outside the ULEZ boundary. This can be relevant to drivers whose vehicles may not meet the ULEZ requirements, although you should always check your individual vehicle and route before travelling.

Use the official TfL information to check your vehicle's ULEZ status:

Where is Heathrow Car Park for Terminal 4?

Heathrow Car Park is located at 5 Elmsleigh Road, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4QB.

The Staines location provides an off-airport alternative for passengers travelling to Heathrow Terminal 4, particularly for drivers approaching Heathrow from the M25 and surrounding areas.

Instead of navigating into the airport's changing Terminal 4 parking arrangements, Park & Ride customers can drive to the Staines facility, park and transfer to the terminal.

Secure, affordable Heathrow airport parking made simple

Finding reliable Heathrow airport parking shouldn't be the most stressful part of your trip. Heathrow is the busiest airport in the UK, and parking right at the terminal can cost a small fortune — especially on the day. Heathrow Car Park gives you a cheaper, more secure alternative: a covered, CCTV-monitored car park just minutes from the airport, with both Park and Ride and Meet and Greet for every terminal. Book online in under a minute and start your holiday the calm way — and save 20% with code HCP20.

Park and Ride at Heathrow — the best-value choice

If you're away for a few days or a couple of weeks, Park and Ride is usually the smartest way to park. You drive to our secure car park, leave your vehicle under cover, keep your own keys, and take our quick shuttle to your terminal. Because our site sits away from the terminal forecourts, you get a much lower daily rate than terminal parking — without giving up security. It's ideal for holidaymakers, families and anyone watching the budget who's happy with a short, easy transfer.

Meet and Greet at Heathrow — the fastest way to fly

When time is tight or you're loaded with luggage, Meet and Greet parking is hard to beat. You drive straight to your departure terminal, hand your keys to one of our fully insured drivers, and walk to check-in. No shuttle, no space-hunting, no hauling bags. We park your car in our secure facility and bring it back to arrivals when you land — the go-to choice for early flights, business trips, and travelling with children.

Why parking outside the ULEZ zone saves you money

Since 2023, Heathrow Airport has sat inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone. If your vehicle isn't ULEZ-compliant, driving to an on-airport car park can add a daily charge on top of your parking. Our car park is outside the ULEZ and Congestion Charge zones, so you avoid those extra costs entirely. For drivers of older cars, that saving alone can more than cover the price of parking with us.

Real security you can see

Your car deserves better than an open field. Our facility is a covered, shutter-controlled multi-storey car park with round-the-clock CCTV, controlled access and 300+ numbered bays. There's a lift and dedicated disabled bays, and your vehicle stays out of the weather and under watch the whole time you're away. Every Meet and Greet car is handled only by fully insured drivers, and you can add optional cancellation cover for extra peace of mind.

Honest prices, booked direct

Booking directly with us means you deal with the people who actually look after your car — not a comparison site passing you to whoever's cheapest that week. Reserve online at the pre-booked rate, which is always lower than arriving on the day, and apply code HCP20 for a further 20% off. We're upfront about the airport access fee Heathrow charges every operator to enter the terminal roads, so the price you see is the price you plan for.

Parking for every Heathrow terminal

We serve all four passenger terminals. Whether you fly from Terminal 2 (The Queen's Terminal), Terminal 3, Terminal 4 or Terminal 5 (the British Airways hub), just pick your terminal when you book. For Park and Ride our shuttle connects you quickly; for Meet and Greet we come to you at the terminal. Flying back into a different terminal? Let us know and we'll have your car ready in the right place.

Easy to reach across West London and the M25

Based in Staines-upon-Thames, we're an easy drive for travellers across Slough, Hounslow, Feltham, Ashford, Egham, Windsor, Uxbridge and the wider West London area, with quick access from the M25. Whenever you need us, our team is on WhatsApp 24 hours a day — a real person before you travel and the moment you land.
