We're at 5 Elmsleigh Road, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4QB. The shuttle transfer to Terminal 2 takes around 8–12 minutes.

Do I keep my car keys with Park & Ride?

Yes. With Park & Ride you park the car yourself and keep your keys with you for the whole trip.

Is the Terminal 2 car park covered?

Ours is. It's a covered multi-storey building with roller shutters and 24-hour CCTV — your car isn't left in an open field.

Do I pay the ULEZ charge?

No. Our car park sits outside both the ULEZ and the Congestion Charge zone, so there's no daily emissions charge to reach us.

Is there a height restriction?

Yes — 1.9 metres. If your vehicle is taller, contact us before booking.

Can I park at Terminal 2 and fly back into a different terminal?

Yes. Tell us your return terminal when you book and we'll arrange collection accordingly, at no extra charge.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Message us on WhatsApp with your new landing time. There's no penalty for a delayed flight.

Can I extend my booking while I'm away?

Yes. Extensions are charged at the standard extension rate, or half that if you added Flexible Booking.

A smooth start & end to our holiday

Had a really good experience with Heathrow Car Park. Eqbal met us to park our cars and drove us the short journey to the airport. It’s was a very smooth and easy start to the holiday. On our return our flight was cancelled resulting in us not getting back until a day later. We kept Eqbal informed and he was ready to greet us a day later as soon as we arrived. Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service, from start to finish, I had a flat battery and the driver took time out of his busy schedule and went and brought a jumping cable and then start my car for me, I will definitely be booking this coming again on my next travel… very comfortable and secure service.
