Park & Ride for Terminal 2 — how it works
You drive to us, we shuttle you to T2. You keep your keys the whole time.
Step 1 — Drive to Staines, not the airport
Our car park is at 5 Elmsleigh Road, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4QB — outside the ULEZ boundary and just a short drive from Heathrow Terminal 2.
Step 2 — Park undercover and keep your keys
Your car goes into a covered, shutter-controlled multi-storey with numbered bays and 24-hour CCTV. Not a field. Not a compound. You take your keys with you.
Step 3 — Shuttle to Terminal 2 departures
Take our shuttle from the car park to Terminal 2. The service is designed to get you from the car park to the terminal quickly and comfortably.
Step 4 — Land, message us, collect
WhatsApp us when you land. We meet you back at the car park and your car is ready — dry, secure and exactly where you left it.
Why Terminal 2 passengers park outside the ULEZ
Heathrow sits inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone. If your car isn't ULEZ-compliant, travelling to an on-airport car park can add a daily ULEZ charge on top of your parking.
Our Staines site is outside both the ULEZ and the Congestion Charge zone. For anyone driving an older diesel or a pre-2006 petrol car, that saving can make a significant difference to the overall cost of your trip.
Worth knowing: Heathrow's forecourt drop-off charge is £7 per visit, capped at 10 minutes. If a friend drops you at T2 departures, that's £7 they pay. Park & Ride avoids the need to drive to the terminal forecourt.

Straight answer: not from us. Our Meet & Greet service runs at Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 only.
For Terminal 2, our Park & Ride is the service to book — and for most T2 passengers it's the better-value choice. You keep your keys, you park undercover, and you can book from our low pre-booked Park & Ride rates.
