Our rates

How much does it cost to park at Heathrow?

Our guide prices are below. Park & Ride is the cheaper of the two services and covers every Heathrow terminal; Meet & Greet costs more because a driver meets you at the terminal, and it runs at Terminals 4 and 5 only.

Guide prices only. Your final price depends on your dates, service and terminal, and is confirmed before you pay. Notice that the weekly rate is far better value per day than a single day — the longer you stay, the less each day costs. For your exact figure, put your dates into the form above.

No surprises

What is included in the price

A lot of airport parking quotes look cheap until checkout. Here is exactly what our rate covers and what sits outside it.

Covered, secure parking

Your space inside a shutter-controlled multi-storey building with 24/7 CCTV and staff on site — not an open field or a grass overflow lot.

Transfers both ways

On Park & Ride, the shuttle to your terminal and the pick-up when you land are both in the price. There is no per-person transfer charge.

All four terminals

Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 cost the same on Park & Ride. You are not charged extra for being at a further terminal.

Fully insured handling

Any time a member of staff moves your vehicle, it is covered. That is included, not an upsell.

24-hour access

Early departures and late returns cost the same as a midday booking. There is no unsocial-hours surcharge.

Charged separately

Only two things sit outside the parking rate: the Heathrow airport access fee, and Flexible Booking at £4.99 if you choose to add it. Both are shown before you pay.

The fee everyone asks about

The Heathrow airport access fee, explained

Heathrow charges every vehicle that enters its terminal forecourts and drop-off areas. That charge is set by the airport, not by us, and every operator who drops a passenger at a terminal pays it — including the ones whose headline price looks lower than ours.

Some parking companies leave it out of the quote and collect it at the barrier, which is where the nasty surprise comes from. We show it on the checkout page before you enter your card details, so the total you agree to is the total you pay.

It is charged per booking rather than per day, so it makes proportionally less difference the longer you stay. On a two-week holiday it is a rounding error; on a single overnight trip it is worth factoring in.

  • Set by Heathrow Airport, not by us
  • Charged once per booking, not per day
  • Displayed at checkout before payment

The charge you do not pay with us: Heathrow sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone. Our car park does not. If your vehicle is not ULEZ-compliant, driving to a terminal car park means paying the daily ULEZ charge on the way in and again on the way out, on top of your parking.

Park with us and you avoid it entirely, because you never drive into the zone. For an older diesel that saving alone can be worth more than the difference between our rate and a cheaper-looking on-airport quote. We are also outside the Congestion Charge zone.

  • Car park sits outside the ULEZ boundary
  • Outside the Congestion Charge zone too
  • Worth checking if your car is pre-2015 diesel or pre-2005 petrol

Which is cheaper

Park & Ride or Meet & Greet?

Both start and end at the same covered car park. The difference is who drives the last few miles — and that is what you are paying for.

Park & Ride

Cheapest

from £50 / day · from £80 / week

You drive to us, keep your keys, and take our shuttle to the terminal. The clear choice for holidays, longer trips and anyone watching the budget.

  • Lowest price, especially on 3+ day stays
  • Serves all four terminals
  • Keep your own keys
  • Allow 15 extra minutes for the transfer

Meet & Greet

Fastest

from £80 / day · from £110 / week

You drive to the terminal, hand the keys to our insured driver and walk straight in. You pay roughly £30 a day more and get that time back at both ends.

  • No shuttle — straight to departures
  • Terminals 4 and 5 only
  • Best for early flights and heavy bags
  • Car brought back to you on landing

Pay less

Four ways to get a lower price

1

Book ahead

Pre-booked rates are always lower than turning up on the day. Space also runs out over school holidays and bank holiday weekends.

2

Use code XMAS25

Enter XMAS25 at checkout for 25% off the parking element of your booking.

3

Choose Park & Ride

If you can spare the 8–12 minute shuttle ride, it is the cheaper service by a clear margin on every length of stay.

4

Stay longer, pay less per day

The weekly rate works out far below seven single days, so long-stay trips get the best value per day.

Price questions

Heathrow parking price FAQs

How much does it cost to park at Heathrow for a week?
Park & Ride starts from £80 for a week and Meet & Greet from £110, before the 25% XMAS25 discount. A week costs far less than seven individual days, which is why long-stay trips get the best value per day. Enter your dates above for the exact figure.
What is the cheapest way to park at Heathrow?
Pre-booked Park & Ride with code XMAS25 applied. Booking ahead beats arriving on the day, Park & Ride beats Meet & Greet on price, and parking off-airport with us avoids the ULEZ charge that applies at the terminal car parks.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The parking rate you see is what you pay for the parking. The only additions are the Heathrow airport access fee, which the airport sets and we display at checkout, and Flexible Booking at £4.99 if you choose to add it.
What is the Heathrow airport access fee?
A charge Heathrow applies to vehicles entering its terminal forecourts. It is set by the airport rather than by us, charged once per booking rather than per day, and shown clearly on the checkout page before you pay.
Do I have to pay the ULEZ charge?
Not with us. Heathrow is inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone; our car park is outside it, and outside the Congestion Charge zone too. If your vehicle is not ULEZ-compliant, that is a daily charge avoided in each direction.
Is it cheaper to book in advance?
Yes, consistently. On-the-day rates are higher, and availability tightens over school holidays, half terms and bank holiday weekends. Pre-booking locks in both the price and the space.
How do I use the XMAS25 discount code?
Enter XMAS25 in the promo code field at checkout and 25% comes off the parking element of your booking. It applies to both Park & Ride and Meet & Greet.
Does it cost more for Terminal 4 or Terminal 5?
No. Park & Ride is the same price for Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Meet & Greet is available at Terminals 4 and 5 only, and is the same price at both.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Add Flexible Booking at £4.99 when you book and you can cancel or amend free of charge. Without it, standard booking terms apply — the full terms are linked in the footer.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Let the operations line know on 020 3869 0199 and we will adjust. We do not penalise you for an airline delay, and on Meet & Greet we track the flight so your car is there when you land.
