Getting started

Booking & payment

How do I book Heathrow parking?
Put your dates into the booking form on this page or on any service page, choose Park & Ride or Meet & Greet, pick your terminal and pay online. Your confirmation arrives by email straight away. The whole thing takes about a minute.
How do I pay?
Securely online by card, Apple Pay or PayPal. There is nothing to pay at the barrier for the parking itself.
Do I need to book in advance?
You do not have to, but you should. Pre-booked rates are lower than turning up on the day, and space tightens over school holidays, half terms and bank holiday weekends.
What documents do I need on arrival?
Just your booking confirmation, on your phone or printed. Bringing your driving licence is helpful for our records.
How do I use the XMAS25 discount code?
Enter XMAS25 in the promo code field at checkout. It takes 25% off the parking element of your booking and works on both Park & Ride and Meet & Greet.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Book in your own name and give us the driver details when you call the operations line, or message us on WhatsApp and we will note it against the booking.

Prices & extras

How much does Heathrow parking cost?
Park & Ride starts from £50 a day and from £80 a week. Meet & Greet starts from £80 a day and from £110 a week. Longer stays work out considerably cheaper per day. Put your dates into the form for an exact price, and see our full parking prices page.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The parking rate you see online is what you pay for the parking. The only additions are the Heathrow airport access fee, which the airport sets and we show at checkout, and Flexible Booking at £4.99 if you choose to add it.
What is the Heathrow airport access fee?
A charge Heathrow applies to vehicles entering its terminal forecourts. It is set by the airport rather than by us, charged once per booking rather than per day, and displayed clearly before you pay.
Do I have to pay the ULEZ charge?
Not with us. Heathrow sits inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone but our car park is outside it, and outside the Congestion Charge zone. If your vehicle is not ULEZ-compliant that is a daily charge avoided in each direction.
What is Flexible Booking?
An optional £4.99 add-on at checkout. It gives you free amendments and free cancellation up to your drop-off time. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes. Use the Manage Booking page or message us on WhatsApp. Extra days are charged at £20 per additional day.

Park & Ride

How does Park & Ride work?
You drive to our covered car park, park the vehicle yourself and keep your keys. Our shuttle takes you and your luggage directly to your terminal. On return you call us when you land and the shuttle collects you from the Short Stay collection area at your terminal.
How long does the shuttle take?
Typically 8 to 12 minutes depending on the terminal and traffic. We suggest allowing about 15 minutes in your airport timings.
Can I keep my car keys?
Yes. That is the main difference between Park & Ride and Meet & Greet. On Park & Ride you park the car yourself and take the keys with you, so your vehicle stays exactly where you left it.
Which terminals does Park & Ride cover?
All four, Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, and they all cost the same. Choose your terminal when you book.
Is there a shuttle at night?
Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so early departures and late arrivals are covered at no extra charge.

Meet & Greet

How does Meet & Greet work?
You drive straight to the terminal and hand your keys to our professional driver at the agreed meeting point. We park the car securely while you travel. On your return, call us after collecting your luggage and the car is brought back to the terminal.
Is Meet & Greet available at every terminal?
No. Meet & Greet runs at Heathrow Terminals 4 and 5 only. If you are flying from Terminal 2 or 3, our Park & Ride covers every terminal and costs less.
Where do I meet the driver?
On the Meet & Greet level of the short-stay car park at your terminal. We confirm the exact meeting point by phone when you call the operations line on your way in.
Who drives my car?
Only our own drivers. Our team is carefully vetted, holds valid UK driving licences and undergoes extensive training, and the vehicle is fully insured while in our care.
Is Meet & Greet worth the extra cost?
It is around £30 a day more than Park & Ride. If you are on an early flight, travelling with children or carrying heavy luggage, you are buying back roughly twenty minutes at each end of the trip.

At the car park

Is the car park safe and secure?
Yes. The site is covered with 24/7 CCTV throughout, shutter-controlled entry and exit, security lighting and staff on site. Your vehicle is parked in a clearly numbered bay inside the building rather than in an open field, and we are fully insured.
How many spaces do you have?
Over 300, across our covered site in Staines-upon-Thames.
Where exactly is the car park?
5 Elmsleigh Road, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4QB. The entrance is at the back of the building and can be hard to find from the postcode alone, so please use the Google Maps link on our contact page for the exact entry point.
Do I need to call before I arrive?
Yes, and it is the step people most often forget. Call or text the operations line before you arrive so a staff member and the shuttle are ready for you. The number is 020 3869 0199 or 07908 086962.
What vehicle types do you accept?
Saloons and MPVs up to 1.9 metres in height. Please select the correct vehicle type when booking. If your vehicle is taller than 1.9m, call us before booking.
How far are you from Heathrow?
Four to five miles depending on the terminal, just off the A30 in Staines and minutes from M25 Junction 13 and M4 Junctions 4 and 5.

Changes, delays & cancellations

What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight. Call us when you land, whenever that is, and there is no extra charge for a normal airline delay.
Can I cancel my booking?
Add Flexible Booking at £4.99 when you book and you can cancel free of charge up to your drop-off time. Without it, our standard booking terms apply.
Can I change my dates?
Yes. Flexible Booking covers amendments free of charge. Otherwise contact us as early as you can and we will do what we can to help.
What if I am running late on the way to the car park?
Call the operations line. We are open 24 hours and would much rather know than have you rushing.
How do I contact you urgently?
Call 020 3869 0199, call or text 07908 086962, or message us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp support runs 24/7.
