Heathrow Car Park Ltd is a professionally managed parking facility just minutes from Heathrow Airport. We hold over 300 spaces across a covered, shutter-controlled site in Staines-upon-Thames, and we are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
We are not a booking platform or a price-comparison site. When you book with us you are booking the car park itself — the same people who answer the phone are the people who park your car and drive the shuttle. If something goes wrong at 4am, there is a number that reaches someone who can actually fix it.
The site sits outside both the London ULEZ and the Congestion Charge zone. For anyone driving an older vehicle that is a real saving, in each direction, on top of what you save by not parking inside the terminal.
Registered and accountable. Heathrow Car Park Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006. Our address, phone number and company details are published openly, and our terms are on the site in full.
That matters more in this industry than it should have to. Airport parking has a reputation problem built on operators who take a booking, park cars in a field and are impossible to reach when something goes wrong. Publishing who we are and where the cars actually go is the simplest answer to that.

Where your car actually goes
The single biggest difference between airport parking operators is what happens after you drive away. Here is exactly what ours looks like.

Clearly marked, numbered bays inside our covered facility — not an open field, and not an overflow lot rented for the season.
Shutter-controlled access
Entry and exit are controlled by roller shutters, with security lighting and controlled access points throughout the site.
24/7 CCTV coverage
Comprehensive CCTV across the site, monitored around the clock, with staff on site day and night.
You can keep your keys
On Park & Ride you park the car yourself and take the keys with you. Your vehicle stays exactly where you left it for the whole trip.
Open 24 hours
Every day of the year. The 5am departures and the flights that land after midnight cost exactly the same as a midday booking.
Outside ULEZ & Congestion Charge
Heathrow sits inside the ULEZ. We do not. Drivers of non-compliant vehicles avoid the daily charge in both directions.
Our team
Who handles your car
Every member of our team is carefully vetted before they start, holds a valid UK driving licence, and goes through extensive training on how we handle customer vehicles. Whenever one of our staff moves your car, it is fully insured.
On Meet & Greet that matters most, because a driver takes your keys at the terminal and drives your vehicle the few miles back to our site. We sign the vehicle over at both ends so there is a clear record of its condition.
And a phone that gets answered. Airport travel goes wrong at inconvenient hours. Flights are delayed, bags take an hour, plans change in the taxi queue. Our operations line is staffed 24 hours a day and WhatsApp support runs around the clock.
We would rather you called us and told us you were running two hours late than sat worrying about it on the plane. There is no penalty for a normal airline delay — we track the flights.

We monitor our rates against other Heathrow parking providers so that customers get genuine value rather than a headline price that grows at checkout. Even over school holidays and peak travel weeks we work to keep rates competitive without cutting corners on security or staffing.
What we will not do is hide charges. The parking rate you see online is the parking rate you pay. The Heathrow airport access fee is set by the airport, not by us, and we show it at checkout before you enter your card details.

A smooth start & end to our holiday
Had a really good experience with Heathrow Car Park. Eqbal met us to park our cars and drove us the short journey to the airport. It’s was a very smooth and easy start to the holiday. On our return our flight was cancelled resulting in us not getting back until a day later. We kept Eqbal informed and he was ready to greet us a day later as soon as we arrived. Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, from start to finish, I had a flat battery and the driver took time out of his busy schedule and went and brought a jumping cable and then start my car for me, I will definitely be booking this coming again on my next travel… very comfortable and secure service.
