How does Heathrow Park & Ride work?
Park your vehicle at our secure covered facility and our fast shuttle takes you directly to your Heathrow terminal. On return, call us when you land and the shuttle picks you up from the Short Stay collection area at your terminal.
How does Heathrow Meet & Greet work?
Drive directly to your terminal and hand over your vehicle to our professional driver. We’ll park it securely while you travel. On your return, call us after collecting your luggage, and your car will be delivered back to the terminal for a quick and hassle-free departure.
Is the car park safe and secure?
Yes. Our facility is fully covered, with 24/7 CCTV throughout, shutter-controlled entry and exit, security lighting, and on-site staff monitoring — making this one of the most secure Heathrow car parks. Your vehicle is parked in a clearly numbered bay inside the building (not in an open field) and we are fully insured.
How far are you from Heathrow Airport?
We are just minutes from Heathrow, with a direct shuttle to all terminals (T2, T3, T4 and T5). Typical transfer time is 8–12 minutes depending on traffic.
Do you offer free cancellations?

What documents do I need on arrival?
Just your booking confirmation (email or printout). Driving licence is helpful for our records.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight. Just call us when you land — there is no extra charge for normal delays.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes. Use the Manage Booking page or WhatsApp us. Extensions are charged at the same daily rate (£20 per extra day).
Do you accept all vehicle types?
Saloons and MPVs up to 1.9m height. Please select the correct vehicle type during booking.
How do I pay?
