On the day of travel to car park, please contact the car park operation line 45 minutes before arrival on 02038690199 / 07908086962, so the staff member can prepare for your check-in and transfer.
At the car park
Staff member will assist you to park your car, will help you to transfer luggage in shuttle service vehicle and will drive you to your selected Heathrow Airport terminal.
Return procedure
After you land
On the day of returning back, please contact the car park operation line once your flight lands at airport on 020 38690199 or 07908086962, so the staff member can prepare for your pick up & transfer.
Collect your luggage
After luggage collection, follow the instructions given to you on the phone about meeting point, from where shuttle service vehicle will drive you to our car park for vehicle handover.
