Arrival procedure
Before you arrive
On the day of travel, please contact the car park operation’s line 30-45 minutes before arrival on 02038690199 / 07908086962, so the team can prepare for your check-in and transfer.
At the car park
- Drive to level 5 and park within the designated check-in bay.
- Remain with your vehicle and wait for a member of staff.
- Choose to leave keys with our team or keep them with you — your vehicle is securely stored inside the facility either way.
Your car
Once check-in is complete, our shuttle takes you directly to your selected Heathrow airport terminal which is 10 minutes away from our car park. Please pay the driver £10 cash/ card / bank transfers, which covers the costs for the airport entry barrier charges.
Return procedure
After you land
Please call the car park operation’s line on 02038690199 / 07908086962 to let us know you’ve landed.
Collect your luggage
Once you’ve collected your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal, follow the instructions given to you on the phone and meet our driver at the meeting point.
Shuttle collection
You’ll be directed to your terminal’s Short Stay collection area, where our shuttle will pick you up heathrow airport selected terminal of your landing and drive you back to the car park for vehicle handover as it’s 10 minutes away from airport terminal. Please pay the driver £10 cash/ card / bank transfers, which covers the costs for the airport exit barrier charges.

At the terminal
Staff member will be ready at the meeting point for your car collection and check in process and then will drive your car to our secure car parking, where it will be parked safely.
Return procedure
After you land
On the day of returning back, please contact the car park operation line once your flight lands at the airport on 02038690199 / 07908086962, so the staff member can guide you with the meeting point at the airport short stay car park meet & greet level in arrival terminal.
Collect your luggage
After luggage collection, follow the instructions given to you on the phone about meeting point where staff member will be ready for your car handover signing process.
